Our two weeks are up, but the dig continues for another four weeks. We will be watching for more news about the dig over the next month as it continues. The dig has been a great experience, but also very tiring. We worked very hard each day. At our last pottery washing Luke and I were able to take a picture with our square supervisor Alla.

Healthy lifestyle transformation one day, one decision at a time. Off to a Good Start. I just completed my first week with my trainer. I had three 30 minute sessions, and I also did 20-30 minutes of cardio everyday. My cardio sessions included stairs, intervals on a mountain climber machine, intervals on a funky elliptical-like thing, and walking on the treadmill.I also went salsa dancing (and had a drink) one night. I turned in some of my frequent flier miles to upgrade us to first class (actually a combined business/first class on this particular aircraft). Because this was an international flight with American Airlines we also enjoyed for free the Admirals Club . and we were seated first. Nice perks! 5 Return to Venice.
