This program includes arm exercises to reduce swelling, improve arm flexibility, encourage wanted weight loss, and result in high compliance.The exercises are intertwined in the video with deep breathing, visualization, imagery, and affirmation statements and are designed to decrease stress to improve mood and quality of life and to help stimulate the immune system.
