Breathe, just breathe. Monday, December 31, 2012. A look back on 2012. Saturday, December 29, 2012. I haven't been this depressed since July, when I was in the hospital for my depression and suicide plans. I guess what's different is that I have no active plans to kill myself. Part of me wishes I had the guts to do it. It's like I'm miserably stuck in both places, wanting to live and wanting to die. It's a place that's all too familiar. Trauma issues are very present and a roadblock to feeling safe again...

It's called Abilify and I am taking it in addition to the Prozac. It's make me pretty nauseous, but that's really the only side effect. I've only been on it a few days. Hopefully it will start to work soon. Friday, May 25, 2012. I am looking forward to going to church on Sunday, with my neighbor and her friend, and going out to brunch afterwards...
