Saturday, September 13, 2014. Harper was a goof-off most of the class, being silly, having fun, making jokes, laughing, knowing this was her last class. When class was over and it was finally time to say good-bye, i was the one who honestly had to hold back the tears. harper just kept hugging maggie, and when maggie said she would miss harper, harper just confidently said that she would still see her at goldfish and at our house, of course. beautiful littles: March 2015
http://beautifullittles.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 23, 2015. Still wants to be held all the time. Is smiling and happy 98% of the time. Hates her hair behind her ears or put in a ponytail, but will allow harper to do it every once in a while. Asks for kisses and then rubs them off to be silly. Goes nowhere without poppy. Argues with her sister about sharing, especially when harper wants one of her toys, but will cry if harper won't share. For blueberry, holder cup. For cup holder, and babing suit. Says " look out fa low! Crosby's edition of...

Wednesday, October 29, 2014. I'm so happy to have caught these through my lens. what's more is that through a photograph, i can also stir up in my memory the warmth when standing in the sun, but coolness of the shadows; the crunch of the leaves underfoot; the laughter of the girls running through and tossing up the leaves. behold the splendor of autumn. Sunday, August 17, 2014. Hot dogs over the fire pit. pasta salad. chips. lemonade. s'mores roasting on sticks we found in the trees. We stretched blankets out next to the fire, catching up on some chapters of the boxcar children. i remember summer days of my childhood, sitting on a small folded aluminum webbed lawn chair in my front yard, reading the exact same book for hours. the girls and i read until it was too dark to see the pages, and then hurried inside to change into our jammies. I am a wife, a m...
