Friday, March 6, 2009. My Future Best Friend. I miss my Hi-Bye friends. I miss my school friends. I miss my close friends. But the friend I will miss the most is my future best friend. My future best friend is. Chowie Chowie or Chowie Squared*. I really want to get a petdog. Despite the fact that he/she is super adorable and chubby, he/she is the companionship that I have always dreamt of. He/she will be the first who greet me when I get home. He/she will always be the first one who notice that I'm upset.

Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Normally people associate lame jokes with lame people. And I actually love lame jokes and riddles. It is definitely not because I'm lame or trying to be lame, is just that whenever my friends come up with some stupid lame riddles, I can never answer. This shows that I'm actually not lame (AT ALL) and lameness is just not for Val (Okay, I can see some eyes rolling up already). Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Crappp, CNY is over, I cant get AngPaos anymore. =(. I have been using my AngPao money while I'm receiving them. Sadly, the output is more than the input. Haiz. Anyway, I had fun during this year CNY compared to the previous years I spent in Melaka and JB. I guess probably all my cousins are grown up and we are able to share similar topics (or maybe I'm getting older, I want them to spare some of their young and furious stories to me so that I feel younger).

Monday, August 31, 2009. GOODBYE LB, HELLO HELP. Internship is finally over. A very fruitful 7 weeks I had. 7 weeks in Leo Burnett, got me thinking is advertising what I really want for my career? Advertising is indeed interesting,. But whenever I ask people what time they went back last night, am usually the answer and always followed by 'Welcome to advertising life! Gave me a second thought. Well, I'm still young, nothing to lose. I need to be reminded all the time;. Well, screw me!

Friday, July 10, 2009. My aunt is getting better though she needs to stay in ICU to stabilize her condition. She will be fine. * praying hard. Finally, I got my internship in Leo Burnett Advertising firm! Starting work next Monday, 9 to 6. The thing that anticipate me the most is their office atmosphere, tremendously cosy! However, most of the people in the office are hooked with cigarettes, eyes with dark circles, and frown on their 3 days never sleep face. Congrats on being posted at Leo Burnetts!
