Sunday, February 28, 2010. Coffee, coffee, and more coffee. Picked up Max from the Emergency Vet Clinic. He is doing well so far, seems to be happy to walk around his yard and nap in his own bed. Still "guarded" condition but so much better than Friday, nearly lost him in surgery. Finally ate around 1:00: 3 scrambled eggs with some chopped up turkey, nectarine, avocado. A few mac nuts for a snack. Dinner: Grilled chicken, asparagus with a little olive oil and sea salt, walnuts. Saturday, February 27, 2010.

Spaz: June 2010

Sunday, June 27, 2010. It's been nearly 3 months since "The Challenge" and, for the most part, I have continued with the Paleo lifestyle. I have gotten in the habit of munching on a few pretzels in the evening, had a couple of potato-chip crises, and about every other week or so have a delicious scoop of chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Best so far is at Love Boat down towards Fort Myers Beach. Yum. A big thanks to OCD, Monica, and her friend Kaylee for the run at Lakes Park Saturday! Jason is a sadist.

Friday, December 24, 2010. 14 Days to Ragnar! Plus I have my sweet Tess to run with. Diet has suffered this week but soon to be back on track. Anxiety about Max and those nasty little M&M's have sabotaged me a couple of times. I am looking forward to the Ragnar Relay, should be a good time. In two weeks we'll be working our way to Key West! December 27, 2010 at 9:29 AM. Best wishes coming from our house to Max :). I am sure you will do great at the Ragnar! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Murph": 54:3...

Sunday, November 7, 2010. 2 Weeks to the Half, 61 Days to Ragnar. She and Holly were rewarded with a DQ cheeseburger and pup-cup of ice cream after the walk/run, I am having a couple of beers! This week looks like a pretty full week of CFE's and we also have the Midpoint Madness Thursday night. There is an "easy run" for 60 to 90 minutes on the schedule for Saturday, perfect for a trail run at Caloosahatchee Regional Park. Should bring our cameras, certain to see some wild pigs.
