Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Happy Birthday and Happy Birthday! I wasn't thinking about trying to have two birthday parties in one weekend. It's a little chaotic. All kidding aside, it was a wonderful weekend full of fun and family! We are so thrilled to celebrate the gift of our two children and to be able to do it all together really is kind of fun. Here's what we were up to on this weekend of celebrations for the Blackstock kiddos. The fun started with a Batman party for Collin! The boys had so much fun!

Chris, Merry, Annie, and Cason. Tuesday, December 15, 2009. White Chocolate Party Mix. Annie and I have been trying out recipes from my new cookbook "Southern Living Christmas Cookbook" (thanks Mimi! Okay, this is a recipe you HAVE to make! It is super easy and so yummy! Annie and I have already made it twice and are going to make it again tomorrow. It makes a great gift for teachers, etc. White Chocolate Party Mix. 1 (9 oz) package butter-flavored pretzels. 6 cups cheerios (I used multigrain cheerios).

My parents and my sister Jacque came to visit in early January, so we got to have Christmas all over again. The kids are young enough, it seemed perfectly normal to them to have Santa come twice in less than a month! Sunday, August 9, 2015. Most of our summer has been low-key, hanging around the house while John Mark works on his dissertation and I continue my normal work schedule. The boys have played lots of Legos, played in the sprinklers a lot, and had several indoor battles. :). Joanne helped the boys make foil hats and swords one afternoon. Playing in the sprinkler water and puddles. He did it twice, though! Curtis getting some tips. Wesley starting out a swim from about half way. Granddad and Golly Visit.
