The rain has returned and everything is turning green and growing like crazy. Flowers are blooming and the temperature is perfect for sitting on the deck and enjoying lunch in the slightly crisp weather. Brent and Laura do the World! Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Just a few pictures of random stuff. I went up to Sydney a few weeks ago to see my Mum when she was over here (she came unexpectedly to visit her brother - my uncle - who has extremely advanced cancer). We stopped in an international candy store and I couldn't resist a bag of my all-time favorite jelly bellys - juicy pear! I was so excited and they were oh so good. The evening was a lot of fun and we met some interesting people as well.

Brent and Laura do the World! Saturday, July 4, 2009. Aren't we a patriotic family - kitty and all! I was very disappointed that the embassy had nothing planned here for the 4th - but then again I'm not surprised because Canberra isn't that of a happening place. Next year we will have to go to Sydney, that's where the celebrations happen! We also had some baked beans and potato salad, mmm. The apple pie will be later tonight, yum! Brent ready to dig into the spread (still no table) and patriotic ribs!

My friend Heidi and I took our boys to the zoo last Friday. I didn't think my boys would care much but they actually really liked it. Alec was fascinated. We took a trip up to Mirror Lake with our friends the Earls, and Romneys. It was the first time the boys saw a fish. Alec couldn't stop laughing. He thought they were so funny. And crazy Dylan, we could not pry his hands off the motor bikes. He loves to ride with Trevor. I should of known, he takes after his CRAZY father. Any free time he's out. On his bobcat. The. Boys love to sit with. Him while hes moving. Dirt Its a guy thing. In July I ran my first race. It was a 10k (6.2 miles). He loves the ladies.

Wow we make cute kids. Brady had his fist spelling test last friday (August 27,2010) he did really good he missed this one word.
