Thursday, February 5, 2009. So here I am today at good ole' work! I work at the Hampton Inn hotel. I actually really like it, but there are some days when there is NOTHING to do. It would be fine, except for the fact that I have to stand for all eight hours! Today of all days is going to be extra super! Not only do I get to work at the hotel on my feet for eight hours, but I get to go straight home, change and go to work at my. Job at Red Robin. Whopee! Aren't you all jealous! Saturday, November 29, 2008. This morning Brent and I got up to go to Wal-Mart at 4 Am. When we got to his car, I started to get in and realized that there was glass all over the seat! Someone had broken into his car during the night. It was so stupid because they took the radar detector and his work binder, and yet left his GPS and Ipod hookup sitting there! We were pretty mad about it, but figured that our number was up! We still ended up going to Wal-Mart at the crack of dawn and met my Dad there.

I just added a "Wedding Countdown Clock" to help count down the days until our wedding! It is so crazy how times flies! Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Today was my due date with the baby boy we lost in October. I remember because in the short 11 wks that I was pregnant, at every appointment someone would remark that it was a fun due date. I also thought it would be cool if I actually delivered on that date because Bear's birthday is 1/1 and mine is 4/4 and this one would be 5/5. Thursday, July 2, 2015. I had the chance to go to New Orleans for a work conference! A handful of staff from my office and more from our project across the state were all able to go so it was fun to have people to sight see with after classes each day. We left very early on a Saturday morning and didn't get back until after midnight on Wednesday. It was the longest I've been away from my little family but it was a lot of fun! Crab cheesecake and peach, Gorgonzola salad. Cafe Du Monde beignets.

Monday, October 20, 2008. Labor Day.the story! As my contractions picked up speed, I thought I don't know if I can do this for 8 more hours! Good thing they didn't check me before giving me an epidural or else I wouldn't have gotten one! I had to wait it out through a couple contractions and then the doctor came in and 2 contractions later at 5:48am our beautiful baby boy was born! What a wonderful experience.
