I’m trying to develop a simple diagram where folks can follow a process for changing their lives and transforming their bodies. Basically, it goes something like this: goals lead to plans and then you have to add in the work which takes you to the Result Phase. He is taking piano lessons and played flag football this year. Hayden is very self sufficient and does what needs to be done! He also loves to play, he would opt for playing at home over anything.
