From The Boring Part of Me (free EP). Years later I found the demo again and decided to go ahead and use it the way it was. After trying many piano and bass tracks I eventually kept the original guitar/vocals track and added just one backup vocal track. Lyrically the song is about those instances where someone treats another person badly and expects that person to just suck it up and move on. Its about peoples aversion to apologies. Of the answers so you just invent. So I don’t show. Why should I let you.

From The Boring Part of Me (free EP). This song is just a fictional idea, like a short story, except in song form. It sort of lets God off the hook. In another sense this song is about trust. But its mostly a weird story about the other gods playing a mean joke on our God. Were the joke. Musically its just three chords. Not that its overly relevant to the point of this song, but I do not believe in any gods.). What makes you think I have powers? I’m more like you than you’d care to know. But they lost it.
