It seems crazy that this is the sort of thing one has to say out loud, but when the day rolls around, I sometimes feel like I see more negativity than positivity about it. This one is also a huge favorite of mine, but not for poor Brent. Any other veggies you have around the house. Just throw them in. Great options are celery, carrot, potato, broccoli, green beans, or whatever your family's favorite veggie is! Curry power (I use yellow, but you can use which ever you like best). Pour in the coconut milk.
