I use a number of their nutritional supplements and I always have a supply of their organic argan oil (especially on holiday) for my skin and hair. Most recently I’ve fallen in love with the Sunlight yoga mat. Somehow the colour and smell are really energising. Adventure Racing in the West of Ireland. Quorn and vegetable stew. A normal day while in training mode. Variations to follow. Porridge with seeds, fruit, honey and milk. A banana and some tea. A sandwich, fruit and water (chocolate or some corn snacks if extra hungry). Nuts, banana (before training). Protein recovery shake after training, depending on intensity of training. Rice, fish, combination of veg ( e.g peppers, mushrooms, spinach, garlic). Dessert Icecream and fruit. NB HYDRATION all the time.
