Albia Brewing Company: Albia Brewing Company
http://albiabrewingcompany.blogspot.com/2012/12/albia-brewing-company.html
Soup of the Day. Pizza of the Month. Sunday, December 16, 2012. The first batch of beer was made in the Lindberg household in 1981 and involved both Brian and Barbara. Brian made the beer and Barbara tolerated it. The first two batches weren't anything to brag about. Several years went by without trying another batch until the craft beer industry started taking hold in America. Wednesday-Thursday: 5-9pm Friday: 5pm-Close Saturday: Noon-Close. Come in for a pint!

Reen tea, white tea, oolong tea, or a even mix of these make good kombucha.). 10 bottles at 2 oz. each = 20 oz. Bottle 4 - 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger. Bottle 10 - ...

Custom caps from BottleMark.com. For batch #8 I'm going to quit "playing the field" so-to-speak and really try to perfect my extract American Pale Ale. Start with a pre-boil water level of 5.7 gallons (not 5.5 as before) as prescribed by BeerSmith. Side note: Full-boils make a big difference in taste. Pay close attention to fer...

Albia Brewing Company: Microbrews
http://albiabrewingcompany.blogspot.com/p/our-microbrews_7.html
Soup of the Day. Pizza of the Month. This beer has a pure and intense citrus-pine flavor. You can smell the citrus aroma that comes from the Cascade Hops. A nice amber color with a pleasant taste. Great session beer for spring and summer. Has 45 lbs of bacon used during the boil in the brew kettle. We have 15 lbs suspended in the brite tank that we serve from. It only has a subtle taste of bacon after all that bacon. The beer is a heavy brown ale with brown sugar, honey and roasted barley. This brew star...
