Friday, June 27, 2008. Something new to do. Sunday, June 22, 2008. A lot has been going on. May was a busy month what with finishing school (for good), having some family for graduation (fun) and moving (fun in a lame kind of way). June has been exciting too so here's a quick rundown of what's been going on with a few pictures to bring sense to my rambling. Refractions have never been so delicious! Wow, that was longer than I expected. Anyway on to Lucy's big birthday celebration! Ta-dah, great job Susan!

The happenings of the Hefner family in Murfreesboro, TN or wherever they may be! Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Lately we have been visited by some, very ugly, winged friends. This is the year of the Cicada, a giant winged insect with beady red eyes. Our front porch was covered in their molted exoskeletons. It's very weird. Here is a pic I took of a tree in our front yard. Sorry for the delay. 2013 was an awful year. Simply awful. Between sickness, losing a child (Jonathan Hugo Hefner born on 4/17/2013, died 4/17/2013), losing my job (at CTA), being broken into and robbed (over Thanksgiving)…we’ve just been a little pre-occupied. I recently quit Facebook for the 3rd, and final, time. I only rejoined ...

The happenings of the Hefner family in Murfreesboro, TN or wherever they may be! Friday, August 12, 2011. At the Williamson County Fair! So we went to the fair last night, and it was a lot of fun. The kids really had a great time. We arrived around 6pm, just as things started to kick off. Upon leaving the animals, we proceeded outside to the rides. The kids LOVED this part. The happenings of the Hefner family in Murfreesboro, TN or wherever they may be! Friday, October 22, 2010. We celebrated Wynter’s 3rd birthday today, and we had lots of fun! The theme of the party was “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”. The kids had story time, went on a bear hunt, ate sandwiches and cake in our backyard picnic, and generally had a great time.
