Brian, kristen, owen, grey and willow. Wicked at the fox. A few years ago (read: 2008) Brian and I spent a few days in New York together. There are three things that we did that stand out to me as favorites from that trip: 1. the preseason Giants vs. Jets game, 2. Wicked on Broadway, and 3. a dinner cruise on the Hudson. Brian, kristen, owen, grey and willow. Easter was even sweeter this year for a number of reasons—one was that it was Elle's 1st! Another is that we were able to hear about the resurrection through Owen's eyes. I am constantly amazed at the little sponge that is his mind—what he learns and retains is unbelievable. So we got together and decided to do our First Annual Birthday Block Party. It was perfect, we invited the families on our street with children Whit and Mile's age to come down and jump! It ended up that the entire family (daddies included) came and it was a super fun afternoon. Of course offering beer to the dads didn't hurt :).
