Puppy Bryan Needs Your Help. Monday, June 22, 2009. Our new puppy Brian! We are now the proud parents of puppy Brian! Yes, we have changed the spelling of his name but we cannot deny that he is definitely a Brian! Jackson and I, as well as our cats, Bijoux and Kumi, are so happy to have Brian at home with us and part of our family. Puppy Bryan Needs Your Help. Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Bryan sprung from the shelter - needs to see specialists. Bryan is a little 11 week old male hound mix. He is mostly tan with some black on his back. You can see from the photo that he is cutie! He is weighs only 5 lbs and will most probably be under 30 lbs when he is full grown. Anyway, Homeward Trails Animal Rescue was able to save these puppies. Right now they are at a boarding facility in Northern VA waiting for foster homes or adopters. Bryan has...

Turns out it is with Gemma, her foster "mom". Gemma realized that no home would ever be "good" enough for Daisy because it would mean that she won't be with Gemma. Puppy Bryan Needs Your Help. Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Just talked to Bryan's primary vet. Turns out that the uncertain report I got from the orthopedist was for another dog - this vet inadvertantly was confusing Bryan with another dog he saw the same day. Bryan's primary vet told me that both she and the orthopedist looked at Bryan's x-rays the day they were taken and both agreed that there was no problems beyond being a 10 week old puppy. Puppy Bryan Needs Your Help. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Bryan's Medical Saga Continues. Good news and bad news. Another vet exam reveals that Bryan's eyes are just fine - yes, he's bug eyed but he can completely close his eyes and sees just fine. He might even grow into his big eyes. More good news - he has no bone deformities in his bowed rear legs. Yay. However, the doggie. More good news - Bryan is now out of boarding and is in a wonderful foster home with Jaan. Baker The Wonderful Lab Mix. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Not surprisingly, given his breed, Baker has a super pleasant disposition and his inquisitiveness makes anyone laugh! Baker is still a little bit of a diamond in the rough but soon he will be a well polished gem. Like most very energetic dogs, Baker requires lots of attention, some patience and lots of love. He will return it all - he has the makings of a great companion. Baker is full of energy and would benefit from a very active family.
