Making lesbians happy – one book at a time! MOTHER’S LITTLE HELPER. May 29, 2015. I never really understood the lyrics to that Rolling Stone song. I knew it wasn’t about a newfangled mop head or a Eureka pull-behind vacuum or the invention of Pledge. It’s about Valium. This is my experience with Mother’s Little Helper:. By the time I got to the office I was three sheets to the wind. First off, we had a little trouble getting me on the table. I tried to put my feet on the stool so I could get up o...Saxon...

Saxon’s Spontaneous Day | saxon bennett
https://saxonbennett.wordpress.com/2015/06/17/saxons-spontaneous-day-2
Making lesbians happy – one book at a time! Saxon’s Spontaneous Day. June 17, 2015. I am not prone to spontaneity. I am a planner. I am a researcher of planning. I need prior notice of at least 2 days in order to engage in any activity. Yesterday was a tentative new leaf for me. It started with Emma and me talking about a story I wanted to spontaneously write where three cocky teenagers wake up in the morning to discover they’re 55 and possess an AARP card. Emma clamped her hand over my mouth. What?

THE BOX | saxon bennett
https://saxonbennett.wordpress.com/2015/07/30/the-box
Making lesbians happy – one book at a time! July 30, 2015. Every year when I go home I acquire stuff. People give me stuff and it won’t fit in my suitcase so I mail it. Yes, I use snail mail because with a Priority Flat Rate box I will receive it in 2 to 3 days. Usually, I do. But not this time. This box contained Emma’s birthday present and one of my at-home-private-lesson quilting projects of which I was most proud. How do you know that? Is there another online site I should try? So what are you saying?

A Day In The Life With Saxon | layce gardner
https://laycegardner.wordpress.com/2015/06/05/a-day-in-the-life-with-saxon
Making lesbians happy – one book at a time. A Day In The Life With Saxon. June 5, 2015. Yesterday, Saxon received new flip flops in a UPS box. She put them on her feet first thing. Then she began to play with the packing paper. She wadded the paper into two balls and shoved them in her bra. I always wondered what it would be like to have big tits, she said. They look a little crinkly, I said. She gave me the finger. As I pulled back into traffic she spilled half the cone in her lap. Click to share on Pin...

Camp Letters | layce gardner
https://laycegardner.wordpress.com/2015/07/20/camp-letters
Making lesbians happy – one book at a time. July 20, 2015. Remember when you were a kid and went to summer camp? You wrote a letter home to your parents and sometimes you even beat the letter home? With the invention of email, things have changed. Now it is the parents who write the letters. Emma went away to camp last week and Saxon and I wrote her an email everyday. Here, for your amusement, are the emails we sent to Emma:. Did you have fun on your first day even though it was boiling hot outside?

Lies Writers Tell | layce gardner
https://laycegardner.wordpress.com/2015/06/30/lies-writers-tell
Making lesbians happy – one book at a time. June 30, 2015. Remember when David Letterman had his top ten list? Tahlequah, Oklahoma’s claim to fame is being the home office of Letterman’s top ten list. (Besides being the home of Carrie Underwood and Mr. Ed, that is.) So, seeing as how I live in Tahlequah, I decided to make my own top ten list. My book is so good it will sell itself. I have writer’s block. This is an excuse writers use when they don’t have to write to make a living. I don’t read my reviews.

Making lesbians happy – one book at a time. Don’t Yuck Up My Yum. June 19, 2015. It’s astounding how many tragic events I’ve lived through in the past twenty years. I’ve witnessed 9/11, the OKC bombing, Columbine, The Boston Marathon bombing, countless other school shootings, Hurricane Katrina, the L.A. Riots, The 6.8 earthquake in L.A., yesterday’s shooting in S.C., tons of earthquakes around the world the list of world tragedies goes on and on. TV was fun when I was growing up. Knowing about world even...
