Cook waffles like you normally do. 2 c Apple Cider (I use apple juice taste the same to me). 2 Tbs Corn Starch. 2 Tbs Lemon Juice. Heat in a sauce pan until it thickens to syrup consistency. Slow Cooker Beef Chili. 1 slice white bread (‘good quality’). 188; cup milk. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 3 onions, minced. 188; cup chili powder. 188; cup tomato paste. 6 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 28 ounce can tomato puree. 28 ounce can diced tomatoes. 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 3 tablespoons soy sauce. The soup can be frozen for up to 3 months.
