This is my trip from Fat to Normal. My Roux-En-Y Gastric Bypass on the 28th of June 2011 will hopefully knock 120lbs of fat from my body by 31st May 2012. This would bring me just inside the normal BMI bracket according to the NHS charts. My target weight is 182lbs (13st) but I think realisticly I should be aiming for 196lbs (14st). We will see !!
