The Piney Woods Housewife. Saturday, July 16, 2011. I made this and all i gotta say is.this is our new favorite bread! Plus i am not a fan of "hiding" ingredients in food, our kids love zucchini and they helped me grate it to put in the bread. This really is a recipe that the kids can easily help with. 1 1/2 cups shredded raw zucchini. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 cup canola oil.

Driving around there for the most part felt like time had come to a standstill. I became lost in the rich layers of history. It is still lush and the sugar cane was high and swaying in the breeze.
