Friday, May 27, 2011. Jennifer and Lyla came to visit! 11May 2011 I took half a day off so I could go to Charleston and pick up Jennifer and Lyla at the airport. Their flight was on time and I was so excited to see them! Then someone let another plane go in front of them and so they had to sit on the plane for over 35 minutes. The longer I waited less I smiled till I was not smiling at all. I was concerned that Jennifer was having a hard time keeping Lyla occupied for such a delay.

Sunday, June 5, 2011. Bryan deploys for the third time. The day I took Jennifer and Lyla to the airport I drove on up to Fayetteville to see Bryan before he left to go to Iraq again. He will be gone a year or so his orders say at this time. We learned the last time the orders don't mean much if the Army decides they have to stay longer. Last time the deployment was originally for 4 months and ended up being 15. :(. It was touching and I wished I had a book with Bryan's voice on it.

Sunday, June 2, 2013. I had the opportunity to go back to Disney in October with Josh Joslin and Mary Koty the night before the Southern Conference for Student Councils. We had a blast! The entire weekend was really a good time and we were all three always in agreement where to eat, when to leave, etc. and especially when to sleep. :) We went to "Not so Spooky Disney".
