By Happily Ever Hefner. 5:00pm yesterday hit me like a evening spent at all you can eat sushi… Only this metaphor doesn’t work in my case because I wasn’t just miserable but fucking starving too. Lunch: 4 oz Beef patty, sautéed mushrooms, and an entire frozen steamer of asparagus. Dinner: Fresh Tilapia, green beans, and a kale salad. Snacks: cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots… Some herbal tea and a crap ton if water. This doesn’t make sense.

I made sure to make it home in time for lunch ( to prevent eating out ) and today we even packed a mid morning snack (berries and a banana mixed with plain Greek yogurt and a little honey ) to eat while we were out and about to hold us over.
