Friday, October 18, 2013. It has definitely been a while since I've posted anything because things have been a little crazy! In August, we moved from our trailer home in Logan to South Ogden so that I could begin teaching 6th grade at a school in Downtown Ogden. Speaking of our little family. It is going to get a little bigger in March! We're expecting our first little one and we have our 20 week ultrasound next week. We're so excited to find out if this baby is pink or blue! Thursday, June 27, 2013. My little brother and me. Last Wednesday, I had the day off of work, so I invited my little brother, Landon, to come and spend Tuesday night and all day Wednesday with us. Tuesday night we made hawaiian pizza for dinner and watched. That movie kills me. He slept on our couch [it was that or the air mattress and our couches really are quite comfortable. Saturday, March 9, 2013. We are still alive, i think. Once upon a time, the school semester took over our lives. Actually, that happens all the time, not just once. We have officially made it halfway through Spring semester and I am thrilled because this means a few things:. 1 6 more weeks of student teaching and I will be a college graduate. Holla! 2 Cam has Spring Break this week, and he deserves it. 3 Summer is that much closer and summer means sunshine, warmth, and vacations, which is where I thrive.

Sunday, July 15, 2012. My latest project was a bit unplanned, but turned out great! My family and I were wandering a local thrift store (DI) and I came across this beautiful jewelry box. It looked pretty beat up, but I figured I could fix it with a little soap and paint. After removing the original stained, pink felt and cardboard I made this jewelry box my own. She and I were talking one day, and decided that it would be really neat if we could donate a whole bunch of crocheted hats to the Oncology Unit at Primary Childrens Medical Center, a place that is close to. Thursday, July 19, 2012. Canvas paint = joy. Yesterday, as I was sitting home alone [my cute husband was at work], I decided to have a crafty day. I'd seen these cute things on Pinterest. And decided to make some of my own. I wasn't really sure how they would turn out and I was lazy and didn't take pictures along the way. 1 buy paint, letters, and canvas. 2 stick letters to canvas to say what you want it to. 3 paint over the whole canvas. i applied 2-3 coats because i wanted it to be a solid color.

Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Little Bitty Pretty One. After 9 months of waiting she's finally arrived! On the way we timed my contractions, which to be honest were not too noticeable. They came in at 3 minutes apart, which made me feel like the queen of labor since I wasn't even in pain. Which were still going, by the way, and continued at that pace for the entire rest of the time). The epidural itself was lovely, the insertion. yeah, I still hate needles. Welcome to the world Baby Girl! Your Mommy and Daddy...
