a degree a day: May 2012
http://adegreeaday.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, 10 May 2012. The sun is shinning in Madrid. It has been a long winter and after a full month in the UK I have managed to get myself out of London and down to Madrid, even if it is just for two days I am delighted to be away from the grey and damp London. I think the most depressing thing is that London is always beautiful at this time of the year, the trees have blosom and London is just full of life. Sadly this is year is not meant to be. a degree a day: June 2012
http://adegreeaday.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 27 June 2012. A dream crashes to the ground. For all the times people have spoken about crises and have made it sound like Armagedon, this time it does feel like it. I am in Galicia for a few days, visiting my family, friends and spending a few days sun bathing. I have never seen a country so beaten, so utterly hopeless. The only thing they do is wonder how bad the next piece of news is going to be. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Subscribe in a reader. A Degree Of Loyalty. My Top 5 Things So Far.

Saturday, 29 September 2012. Bogota on a sunny afternoon. For my second week around South America I ended up in Bogota, which for once was not grey and wet. a degree a day: Trekking in the himalayas 1
http://adegreeaday.blogspot.com/2009/04/trekking-in-himalayas-1.html
Tuesday, 28 April 2009. Trekking in the himalayas 1. Himalayas with Tibetan prayer flags. We always walked clockwise when passing any religious site. Water powered praying wheels. We are just back from the Himalayas and I am left speechless by the beauty of the mountains and in particular the Langtan National Park. This is my account of what is, so far, the most exciting and life changing part of my trip. Certain that I was going to die before we reached our final target, I had decided that this trip was...

I figured that if anyone wanted to bomb anything, then either of those 2 times would be far more attractive than the Wednesday inbetween. Also, I qu...Or sp...

Losing it in Cambodia.again. From Vietnam to Cambodia to Australia and back again, a journey through losing weight and living with Hashimoto's thyroid disease. Sunday, March 11, 2012. One small step was to stop taking the Levothyroxine from Australia and go back to the French generic stuff I used here before. One small step, one big improvement, a fraction of the price. Losing it in Cambodia.again. From Vietnam to Cambodia to Australia and back again, a journey through losing weight and living with Hashimoto's thyroid disease. Sunday, April 1, 2012.
