The John and Frederica Johnson Memorial Camp, Inc., commonly referred to as Camp Johnson, is a privately administered non-profit camp. It is primarily used by units of the Connecticut Rivers Council, BSA Hockanum Rivers District for short term camping (3 days and 2 nights). The Campmaster Corps was established to help make your stay more comfortable, they will assist camping customers with program, put on demonstrations or describe camp history, if they are invited. The Campmaster may also help the customer deal with any difficulties or questions that may arise. Most of the Campmasters have served or are serving in unit leadership capacities, and as such are a wealth of scouting information. As with all volunteer groups, the Corps are always looking for a few good recruits.
