Thursday, January 22, 2009. This week we met at the Bolivar Fire Department and the boys did some community service work. They cleared the snow from in front of the doors (the stuff the plows missed). They also learned how to load the hose on the fire trucks and even were up on the trucks assisting the firemen! Thursday, October 30, 2008. Last night the boys worked on a team project. They made some 'interesting' looking aliens from various materials available. Have a safe and fun Halloween Night! Tuesday, October 21, 2008. We painted our scarecrow on Tuesday night. The boys did a fine job. It is ready for Wednesdays Pack night! Tomorrow night, pack night Halloween party! Thursday, November 20, 2008. I missed a week. Let the floggings begin! Seriously though. We've had a busy 2 weeks. Last week we started working on the Comunicator Achievement by playing the communication game. The boys pick an emotion out of a hat and had to act it out. Everything from 'afraid' to 'bored' to 'moody'. It was a good time. The popcorn sale was a hit! The pack sold $10,861! And including the boys scout troop over $15,000!
