Prime Adventures After Florida : June 2013
http://primeflorida.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Prime Adventures After Florida. Thursday, June 6, 2013. Ashleigh had been working on her grandparents' program for quite a while. She had her own line to memorize. Can you believe the post office is thinking about charging 7 cents just to mail a letter? Her partner held up the sign to go with it. It was great timing (or rather extended the Prime's trip) so that 3 out of 4 grandparents could be there. Poor Grandma Breinholt had to work. They girls like to show them their talents. Kara going for the knees.

Prime Adventures After Florida : November 2012
http://primeflorida.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Prime Adventures After Florida. Monday, November 26, 2012. A Stop in Idaho. Then we saw some old neighbors, the Davis'. It was a fun visit with them. It was great to see their kids and how big they have grown. Kim was a good friend while we lived in Chubbuck. She was more like a sister. Then we went to see our old house. To our surprise, it had gone from cream and peach to white and blue (the burgundy trim stayed the same)! Good old Moses Street in Paradise Acres. On to home and a regular schedule! This ...

Prime Adventures After Florida : September 2012

Prime Adventures After Florida. Sunday, September 30, 2012. Arches National Park- Day One. Since Brent is done with school and passed his national board exam, he has had more time on his hands. Yippee! We figured there were a few things that we would want to do before Brent started work and the kids went back to school. Arches National Park was on that list. We had one spot in the end of July to do this. I am sure glad that we did. Then it started turning more brown with plateaus. Our next stop was Doubl...

Prime Adventures After Florida : January 2013
http://primeflorida.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Prime Adventures After Florida. Monday, January 28, 2013. We spent the fall with a few fun activities. Our neighborhood has a 4-H group. Some kids raise goats. We went for a visit one morning. The kids that raise them sure love it. I don't think I would like the time commitment. But they sure are cute to look at. That night we went to Gardner Village to see the Witches. The kids like to look at them. What a cute line up! Kara loves the leaves too and made us a centerpiece out of the fallen ones. He wante...

Prime Adventures After Florida. Sunday, September 29, 2013. Martin's Cove: Day 1. This year our youth were able to go to Martin's Cove. When it was in the planning stages, Brent was assigned to be the medical guy. I hoped that I could go too. They gave me the assignment to speak at the Women's Pull so I was able to go. It is an experience that I won't soon forget and I hope Wes doesn't either. Wes was a good sport and pulled a lot during the Trek. Notice the cute girl with the gray/purple shirt? After th...

Prime Adventures After Florida : Locks of Love
http://primeflorida.blogspot.com/2014/04/locks-of-love.html
Prime Adventures After Florida. Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Kara has beautiful thick and gorgeous hair. You wouldn't have guessed from her baby hair. One year old and only a little peach fuzz. Two years old and barely squeezing in piggy tails. But given 4 more years, she grew some beautiful hair. But it got to the point where it was a pain to wash and comb. It often brought tears in the morning. We talked about a haircut. No can do. We made a trip to Aunt Esther's. Look at those lovely locks! We had a won...

Prime Adventures After Florida : July 2012
http://primeflorida.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Prime Adventures After Florida. Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Crazy Lady at the Beach. That's Me! A sweet gal in our branch, Candace, was due to have her third baby any day. The doctor made her wait til the bitter end. He was a good sized baby, but ended up having some breathing issues and had to stay an extra week in the hospital. Poor mama and baby. I'm sure that was hard not being able to go home right away and settle into a routine. So I sat in my chair and watched five cute kids play and play. So Chandler...

Prime Adventures After Florida : December 2013
http://primeflorida.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Prime Adventures After Florida. Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Our Suburban was good to us. We needed a new car when the twins were born. They pretty much took up the middle bench. Our Montero had seating for 7, but there was no way I was getting the double stroller in the back when the seats were folded down. That stroller was my only way to get around and it had to come with me. So we were on the hunt for a new vehicle. It turns out it belonged to the Browns. As in "The Five Browns". We loved the leather...
