Friday, March 18, 2011. Learning about a healthy body and spirit. What I learned about in this module has a lot to do the body. I was nervous to take the real age quiz, wondering what my results would be. I didn’t do as bad as I thought I would. I am eager to share this information with my teenage sons and twin sister. These two chapters have helped me get a better perspective on my health and how I can improve it. They were up over 600 before I could convince my previous doctor there was a problem.
