For real this time. January 4, 2013. I should start with I’m sorry, I lost 50 lbs and dropped you like a bad habit. And now here I am crawling back begging for forgiveness. For real this time. Distractions (plus weigh in). July 30, 2012. This last week has been the week of distractions. Most specifically one major distraction…. Pablo Honey on my yoga mat.
