CATTOR: Maintenance Contracts

A maintenance contract consists of two parts. The frame contract defines the customer, payment information and some default values. The 2nd part contains a list of units with details. Defaults like type of contract, due date, start date, end date and so on are defined here. In the invoice part we define invoice month, the number of invoices per year and parameters like fixed price, etc. For each unit a set of options can be defined like e.g. 15% discount on spare parts replacement or work is free.

CATTOR: Mobile

Mobile is an iPad app used by the Field Service Engineer. The app synchronizes with the main server that the FSE has all the planned orders at hand. When on site, the FSE adds the time worked, optional additional material used and remarks for the customer and the back office. On the planning screen we list the field service engineers that can be filtered by various criteria. Planned orders (and other appointments) for an FSE are shown on a planning screen. On an additional window unscheduled orders are shown. Now the user can schedule an order by dragging it to the appropriate FSE and date / time. What is a Site. We use site as an umbrella term that's flexible and can be customized to customer needs. A site contains locations. One possible usage is defining a building as site and the rooms in it as locations. Another possibility for a site would be all the installations of an electric company in a village. CATTOR: Addresses

Address details give an overview of the address, contacts sites and activities related to an address. Activities can be e.g. letters , offers, etc. We distinguish between various address types like e.g. customers or suppliers. To each address can have contact persons. CATTOR supports mail merge with MS Office. Letters can be created directly from templates stored CATTOR. Generated letters can be sent by email and are stored as activity in the database. For a site or units of a site an order can be created. However orders are possible as well without a relation to a site. An order contains of an offer, material used working hours spent and optional material orders. In the offer tab all the articles and hours needed are listed with a price and can be generated as an offer PFD.
