However a clients destination is not strictly limited to this region. Out of area transport incurs an additional fee. See Service types. For more information. Client Rights & Responsibilities. As of the 1st of November 2015 BCCT is no longer accepting direct referrals for aged clients through our website, due to the introduction of the My Aged Care system. Aged clients wishing to be referred to BCCT must do so through My Aged Care. You can complete an online referral using the My Aged Care referral form. Or call 1800 200 422. When being assessed by My Aged Care clients can request to be referred to BCCT by quoting our provider number: 1-FW-1890.

Available fortnightly on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for clients who need assistance and transport support to do their own grocery and misc. shopping. We travel to Bankstown Centro, Bass Hill Plaza, Chester Square, Chullora Marketplace, Menai Marketplace, and Roselands Centro. We also provide regular specialty shopping to Bunnings, Spotlight and Flower Power (see Calendar. Group Outings – $13. Shuttle Bus – $5-10. Liverpool Hospital – $10.
