Friday, September 6, 2013. I had someone ask about chores in our house. My kids definitely have required chores. I couldn't keep the house decent without their help! I believe that kids should have responsibilities around the house to help the family and keep our living space, well, livable. Also, chores teach them basic skills that they will need all of their life. Here is an outline of our current chore assignments. They change from time to time as children get older and become capable of new things.
