My daughter who was about 8 at the time, dreamed of someday opening her own Gluten-Free restaraunt, calling it the Silly Yak. Celiac sounded like "Silly Yak" to her. I posted her cute idea on the Internet and her idea was a hit. Some people asked her specifically if they could use her idea. Many Gluten-Free products feature a wacky yak as their logo now. Hats Off to Orange Marmalade!
