Monday, January 23, 2012. I get to see her kids swim and visit with her at the same time. . Max is in the first level and has 2 little girls in his class. They have learned ice cream scoops (how to cup their hand in the water), play red light/green light and ring around the rosey. They have tried to put their face in the water and get to throw a toy out and practice swimming to get it. He looks forward to going to swimming all week long! Let's hope this good attitude continues :). Look at the cute baby!

As much as my family loves it, this Thanksgiving I didn't have time to play with a new crust recipe. Previous crusts that I have made ranged from disappointing to inedible. I created this parfait last minute on the day we were celebrating Thanksgiving.
