A Curious Journey: Food!
http://fondagoestoindia.blogspot.com/p/taste-of-india.html
Or, how I let India engulf me. The food in India.SUPERB! By far some of the best cuisine my taste-buds have ever encountered. It definitely surpasses the Indian food we get in America. Here are some photos and descriptions of what I have eaten:. Jalebi.SUPER sugary, crispy treats. Made with sugar syrup, rosewater, flour, curd, cardamom seeds, and fried in ghee. When you bite into one, somehow the center has liquid sugar throughout the ring. AMAZING! And a cavity maker, for sure. Just dip and devour.
