We are a group of 11-25 year olds who meet monthly to discuss issues that are relevant to young people who have, or know someone who has, mental health issues. We currently have over 90 members on our private Facebook group and run our own campaigns tackling the stigma surrounding mental health, and regularly attend events - both regionally and nationally - to raise the profile of our work. We also take part in consultations around resilience, medication and employment. Ran by Cygnet Health Care.
