Sunday, December 13, 2009. Child vs. wild. These are some pics from Helen over Thanksgiving weekend. We drove up for the day and "hiked" to Anna Ruby Falls. It was just the right level of difficulty for a 2-year-old: about 1 mile, paved the whole way (plus we had her stroller). The kids played with delicious smelling gingerbread play dough. It was fun to decorate a tree as they pleased, lights and all, for free play time. Sunday, March 20, 2011. THANK YOU GRANDMA GREAT! We got a beautiful quilt in the mail this week from my Grandma Wilcox that she made especially for Gauge. Just wanted to say "Thank you, Grandma! I tried to email this to her, but their mailbox was full. And so, I'm posting this on facebook and the blog in the event that she checks either one before her email is sent to her. We love this quilt! Oh thats so sweet! I absolutely adore quilts, they are treasures you can keep forever and ever. I miss the South.
