Monday, August 1, 2011. We went to Florida to see my sister and brother in law (Aunt Carrie and Uncle Josh) for a few days. It was the first time the kids had every been to the beach and THEY LOVED IT! Playing on the Bay Side. There was a red flag warning, so we opted for the calmer bay. Thursday, December 2, 2010. Wellwe visited jolly St. Nick today at Northpark mall! As you can see.Maddie was not a fan. She screamed the entire time and Santa said "Why don't you take this one? And handed her back to me. :) Will did talk to him and told him he'd like a train table for his trains and said he'd been a good boy. Thursday, August 25, 2011. Will and I had a little date and went to Gattiland for lunch and playtime. We met our friends Vandy and Arden there. Will's eyes lit up so big when we walked into the area with the games and rides! I only took a couple phone pics and videos, but the giggling will show you how happy the kids were. Friday, August 19, 2011. Will has been taking lessons at Emler Swim School since March. He's finished two classes now and he is doing such a great job! She'll start lessons this fall, as well. It should be fun because Maddie and I will take her lesson at the same time Will takes his. And then I'm sure we'll all head to the play pool to play after lessons. Sunday, October 17, 2010. We have an annual tradition of going up to St. James (Kevin and Em's church) to their pumpkin patch. We hang out, take pictures, buy some pumpkins, etc. We went this afternoon and the kids had fun with the wagon and enjoyed running around. Maddie is getting so big - she was enjoying it just as much as the big kids and didn't seem like a baby at all. :(. Will and Maddie with Aunt Heather. Will they ever both smile at the same time? Thursday, December 1, 2011. We made it to see Santa at Northpark mall again this year. We've made it an annual tradition to go with our friends, the Duffields. They now live in Austin and come up for the visit each year. We actually had the girls at our house last night for the night and had our first sleepover!
