We - or at least I - never stopped to consider that it was not at all unlikely that a tornado could easily spin off of the storm and demolish our house. It just didn't cross my mind. I had never really seen a tornado or the damage that they could do, so why should I be scared of them? Don't those only happen in Kansas, anyway? Sometimes He calms the storm.
