Just saw this lovely video on YouTube explaining basic concept of Flipped Classroom Model (FCM). Personally I found this short animation much more attractive and impressive than a formal interview with a scholar who elaborates with sophisticated educational jargon (though it is true that the information provided in the animation is apparently not enough for further understanding and practicing FCM in real teaching).
