ResQRev: February 2014
http://resqrev.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
The Ponderings of a Paramedic Pastor. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Up the Holy Mount Ascending (Regent Square) Up the holy mount ascending, Jesus’ glory now revealed; Law and Prophet stand before Him, their true meaning now unsealed. His departure soon to yield. The disciple who confessed Him, with the two were wrapped in fear; Speechless, offered to build shelter, so to keep the moment near. Alleluia! 8220;It is good, Lord, to be here.”. Let His Word now be your guide. As they left that sacred Mound.

ResQRev: Light From Above: An Epiphany Hymn
http://resqrev.blogspot.com/2015/01/light-from-above-epiphany-hymn.html
The Ponderings of a Paramedic Pastor. Wednesday, January 07, 2015. Light From Above: An Epiphany Hymn. Upon the formless void, the Father uttered, “Light”. The universe exploding beamed His glorious might. With Grace divine, arise and shine His radiant love. Created out of clay, the Father-Sculptured-Man. Rebelling, squelched the breath of life, to darkness ran. No light in all the world could ebb sin’s cloudy flow;. Thick Darkness overtook and swallowed all below. 169;John G. Fleischmann, 1996.

ResQRev: Blessed Christmass
http://resqrev.blogspot.com/2014/12/blessed-christmass.html
The Ponderings of a Paramedic Pastor. Thursday, December 25, 2014. Well, it has been a very long time since I've had the time to sit down and blog. It's Christmass night and all of the services are finished. Thank goodness that there is a little breather between Christmass and Lent- these times are very intense in ministry. Once again, everything came together. The sermons went well, as did the music. The organ is controlled remotely with a device that looks very similar to a TV remote. Each track is...

ResQRev: July 2015
http://resqrev.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
The Ponderings of a Paramedic Pastor. Monday, July 20, 2015. It has been a deadly summer. By that, I mean that personally and professionally, I have on various levels, been forced to deal with the Curse of Adam. So as not to be different, this past Saturday I had officiated at a wedding for a member of our congregation. During the cocktail hour, I received a call that our oldest member, Marie Rybke, died in the middle of the night. Marie was a sweetie! Last year, she moved to her daughter's home because ...

ResQRev: Easter Triumph, Easter Joy
http://resqrev.blogspot.com/2014/05/easter-ftriumph-easter-joy.html
The Ponderings of a Paramedic Pastor. Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Easter Triumph, Easter Joy. It has been a rough couple of weeks. Since Easter I have either conducted, been to, or involved in ministry in 16 deaths. It's only the Fifth Week of Easter, and I venture to say that these are more deaths than I have ever experienced at once in nearly 30 years of parish ministry. Among those who have died were four close friends, and another is on hospice as I sit here at Mather Hospital and compose.
