Thursday, March 12, 2009. Just over 1 year Post OP. Low Back is doing well. I often forget I had a problem. I no longer awake in pain. It will get sore if I do too much housework or lifting or walking but its manageable and liveable. At this point I'd call the surgery a Success and would do it again. Neck is still a disaster. Its been deja vu of the low back. Tuesday, October 7, 2008. 65 months post op. So in the meantime I continue to be in awe that this has become my life. Sunday, August 24, 2008.

Thursday, February 28, 2008. Day 10 a little better. I was able to sit through breakfast and dinner without the excruciating pain. The past few days I really went downhill right after breakfast and it didnt happen so much today. This of course is all relative to the past few days. Im still bringing 3 pillows to the table - one to sit on and two behind me, it hurts but its not agony so I am headed in the right direction. Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Day nine Post Op visit. Tuesday, February 26, 2008.

Thursday, June 26, 2008. 4 months Post Op - Intensive Physical Therapy Continues. My low back is averaging a 4-5 but I actually had a day this week where I didn't notice it at all until 3:00 pm which was something that hasn't happend in 3 years so that is pretty great. Again the only reason I can do any of this is because of my mom, her husband and my husband's support. Thank you all so much! Just typing this post hurts the neck so I've got to sign off. Tuesday, October 7, 2008. 65 months post op. So in the meantime I continue to be in awe that this has become my life. Sounds like you may have a chronic pain syndrome. December 1, 2008 at 11:56 PM. In my opinion you should consider a doctor from U.S. He will be able to tell you in what level of your cervical spine there is problem, without the discogram. Also you must know that there are different artificial disks, beside those you mentioned, that have the same quality or even are much better.
