20 days of Paid Time Off, which includes holidays, vacation, sick days and bereavement. 3 weeks vacation, 4-6 holidays, one extra half day each month for PGY -3 residents. Insurance: Malpractice and life insurance provided by CJW. The major portion of the premium for medical and dental insurance is paid for the resident by CJW. Dependents may be added at extra cost. Company paid Short Term Disability Program which will reimburse you 60% of pay. Medical and dental insurance available at minimal cost.

Applications for the residency program are accepted only through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). All application forms, transcripts, Dean’s letters, photos and personal statements must be transmitted via the electronic ERAS Post Office from the individual medical schools. Please contact your medical school for information regarding this method of application. We do not accept applications outside of ERAS. US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status at the time of applying to the program.
