十月 28, 2007 at 3:15 上午. 牛罵社的聚落及社域範圍而言，其聚落分布主要以牛罵山 大肚台地 西麓附近地方為中心，就是今日清水街附近，鰲峰、靈泉、清水各里 其社域範圍，按清代所繪製的輿圖來判讀，應該含蓋現今清水鎮行政區域的大部分 西起海濱 東至牛罵山 大肚台地 北達大甲溪岸 南接沙轆社社域。 1697年郁永河來台灣探採硫磺，他把在台灣所見到的一些事情寫成一本書，叫作 裨海紀遊 ，書中就曾記載郁氏到牛罵社及沿途經過大肚、沙鹿等地所見到的景況，他的形容是 一片林莽荒穢，宿草沒肩。 Entry filed under: Uncategorized.
