Despite the constant rains today, the Jackson girls, their house guest Jarrod, and I hit the streets to do a little shopping after a very relaxing and laid back morning. As Elise was walking into the store, my mom asked her, "So, Elise, how does your heart feel? Her response, "My heart is beating very fast.". They are having a blast driving around the cul-de-sac. Perhaps it's because April Showers are typical. Or perhaps, God is helping me to remember. Maybe both. Regardless, I try to remember. Remember something I did not see with my own eyes. Chris and I are going to run in a 5K Run, celebrating the life and memory of Maria DeHaas…and Andrew and mom are going to do the 1 mile Fun Run.". Chris remarked with, "Cool!
