Cebu City: Sinulog '09 Grand Parade. The Sinulog '09 Grand Parade was the term coined to the festivals on the streets where all participating tribes were to perform their street dancing prowess before our lenses. For the camera hobbyists and enthusiasts, it was considered one of the greatest challenge in making pictures, not because we were face to face with all the actions and colours but, because we were playing side by side with the prominent hobbyists in the country.
