Wednesday, January 28, 2015. I sell my cards at a local store called Going Local NC. It is a store in my neighborhood that hosts the local artists and sells their creations. I had a special order the other day for a couple of "reveal" cards. I have to admit that I did not know what those were originally, but when I did some research I found out that reveal parties and cards are very popular right now. Saturday, May 10, 2014. I have not posted to my blog in quit a while. This has been a year of loss and my heart has been deeply saddened. So of course, the first post that I am going to do is going to be a tribute to my beloved boxer that I lost in January. His name was Murphy. Cindy, at Stamping Scrapping, has designed some beautiful stamps called Angel Wings. I chose the Angel Wings with Pawprint to highlight on my card. I colored it with copic markers. And then a Wink of Stella glitter marker.

Tuesday, January 27, 2015. I have started a new journey this year, Fun Stamper's Journey. I am teaching a workshop every month now and we are making some great projects. The first workshop was in January. I posted teasers on the facebook page for my group. These are the teasers. I will post the real projects later in the week. These were fun projects. Monday, October 6, 2014. I received a call from a lady about doing a card for her brother. Her brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He is a very positive and upbeat person though, and has a particular saying that he loves. She commissioned me to do a card around the saying "enjoy every sandwich" - Warren Zevon. Monday, December 23, 2013. The Pics of Christmas. I feel like I am living in a Winter Wonderland these days, except that is was 80 degrees outside yesterday. Today we are having a lot of rain which will bring a cold front in. Should be back in the 40s and 50s tomorrow and Christmas. I wanted to show a few pics of areas around my house. Friday, January 30, 2015. I have a new stamp set that is a bunch of feathers. I believe they are peacock feathers. I have made some amazing cards with these stamps this week. I am really enjoying this stamp set. I just want to show one card that I made to see what you think. This is a great stamp set and I am having a lot of fun experimenting with it. Wednesday, February 26, 2014. I went to Wine and Design in Wake Forest last night with two of my best friends. We had so much fun painting and socializing with others there.
