Turn right (east) on 16th Avenue (the first entrance to UBC). Turn left on East Mall (the first set of lights). CEME is on the left side of East Mall, past Agronomy Road. The easiest place to park is in the Health Sciences Parkade is directly across the street (on the right side of East Mall). Turn left (south) on Wesbrook Mall (past the University Village).
