Saturday, December 6, 2008. Addie's first week at home has been a blur! We have had so much fun taking care of her and getting to know her little personality! She truly is an angel baby! She is so good and easy to care for. I know that things can change daily, but we are hoping her disposition stays this sweet for a long time. I couldn't believe it. She wasn't due to come until today, Saturday, November 29, but we are so thankful that our Thanksgiving turkey came on Monday, November 24! Around 7:30 am, Dr. Dubose checked me again and I was dilated to 9 cm! We couldn't believe how beautiful she was. Thanksgiving was fun spending it at my mom and dad's house...

Thursday, July 31, 2008. I have seen many of my friends do this "blog" thing as they have children, but I never thought I would cave. I started thinking more and more about how entertaining reading blogs can be, and I realized that many people may actually enjoy hearing how our journey is going during my pregnancy. Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Well, I am officially uncomfortable! I am counting down the days until Addie gets here. School is wearing me out. I come home and completely crash! Edward has been so wonderful and is definitely nesting. He has cleaned out the attic, the freezer, the refrigerator, and every closet/drawer he can find. We are just waiting at this point! Tuesday, August 26, 2008. The nursery furniture is here! Some more of the nursery furniture arrived this past week! We now have the rug, a bookshelf, and the changing table to add to the crib.
